In an announcement made by Tymur Tkachenko, who leads the Kyiv City Military Administration, he stated that multiple residential buildings in Kyiv sustained damage during the surprise night assault, leading to many people being injured.
“Horrific atrocities committed by the terrorist regime targeting Kyiv’s residents have been reported. Damage was inflicted upon two apartment complexes within the Solomianskyi district. A blaze erupted in a five-story structure. Accounts suggest that at least 18 individuals sustained injuries,” according to Tkachenko.
As he stated, twelve individuals were treated on location with first aid, whereas six needed to be hospitalized. By dawn, the blazes at the crash points had been brought under control. Firefighters and medical personnel continue to stay at the site.
“At a different site, an enemy attack led to significant harm to a multistory apartment block. A relief center has been established at 9a Akademika Shalimova Street (School No. 67). The rescue teams are removing rubble and looking for survivors,” he mentioned additionally.
