MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) — A notice on the entrance of BelAir Cantina in Madison indicates that the restaurant will be shutting down indefinitely.
The sign on BelAir Cantina, situated at 111 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, indicated that the final day of operation would be Sunday, June 29.
The restaurant employees did not offer an explanation for the abrupt shutdown.
Thanks for all the love and support throughout the years—you’ve helped make this place extraordinary,” said the restaurant team. “We’ll be sad to part ways, but we look forward to seeing you at another one of our BelAir spots soon.
The Madison branch will operate with revised summer hours from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. This popular eatery is famous for its tacos, burritos, and margaritas.
Other BelAir Cantina venues can be found in Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Oak Creek, Brookfield, and Green Bay.
