Top 10 US Beaches for 2025, According to ‘Dr. Beach’

(NEXSTAR) — Stephen Leatherman, the coastal scientist and professor also known as “Dr. Beach,” has announced his selections for the best shores in 2025.

This year, a shoreline on Long Island in New York led the yearly rankings, surpassing the usual favorites which have typically included beaches from Hawaii or Florida in past years.
