Pet parents have the opportunity to participate in a raffle where they can include their adopted fur babies by contributing to PAWS. More donations mean greater odds of winning: $10 gets you one entry, $25 gives you three entries, $50 grants seven entries, $100 provides fifteen entries, and $200 earns thirty-five entries. Entries must be submitted before noon on Thursday, May 8th. Winners will be chosen through random selection and subsequently notified to provide a photograph of their pet for use on the label created by Joseph Hasenauer—a local Philadelphian known for his work as an art director, designer, photographer, and devoted animal enthusiast.
Should you emerge victorious, select the highest quality image available—preferably a high-resolution PNG or JPG file showcasing your pet’s entire face and figure clearly without being blurry or taken mid-action.
Proceeds generated from ticket sales will benefit PAWS’ initiatives aimed at rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding new homes for needy animals within Philadelphia. This includes offering essential veterinary treatments, nutrition assistance, temporary fostering arrangements, and successful adoptions.
Regarding the beer involved, Dock Street Brewing Company presents “Found Friends,” crafted using various types of hops sourced both from New Zealand and America. It boasts a cloudy appearance alongside intense fruity flavors. For each pack purchased, Dock Street pledges to contribute $1 towards supporting PAWS, ensuring numerous potentially adoptable pets find loving families and assisting current pet guardians in maintaining complete households.
“We’re incredibly pleased to join forces once again with Dock Street Brewery—and just as enthusiastic about giving those who’ve welcomed rescued companions into their lives the possibility of seeing these cherished friends immortalized on this season’s edition of Found Friends IPA labels.” states Melissa Levy, Executive Director at PAWS.
