It will make for an excellent spot to reside and have fun,” stated Sam Degenhard, the founder and CEO of Campfire Ranch. “Our aim at Campfire is to locate fantastic lodging options where guests can spend their nights close to amazing recreational activities.
Scheduled to launch on October 10th under the new name of Campfire Ranch Little Sugar, this lodge aims to serve nature lovers who have easy access to adjacent hiking paths.

Degenhard stated that the initial structure is thought to have been created by the Arkansas-based architect E. Fay Jones.
As far as we understand, it was initially created by E. Fay Jones — tracing our steps back as much as possible,” Degenhard stated. “However, it definitely embodies that distinctive E. Fay Jones architectural style with natural rocks incorporated within the structure.
The new property will feature what Campfire Ranch refers to as an “adventure concierge service,” designed to assist visitors in exploring the region.
Regardless of whether you’re stopping by for one evening or lodging with a group for several nights, our staff excels at linking visitors with activities,” Degenhard stated. “This might range from renting a mountain bike to getting trail suggestions or participating in an outing.
He mentioned that the Bella Vista site was selected due to its scenery, closeness to hiking paths, and prospects for expanding outdoor tourism.
Bella Vista is truly our top choice simply because it remains ‘yet to be defined,'” explained Degenhard. “It offers a slightly more rugged terrain with features like undulating hills, forested regions, meandering streams, and serene lakes—all of which align perfectly with what we’re looking for.
Campfire Ranch intends to hold an open house in late August, providing the community with an opportunity to explore the premises prior to its official opening.
