At the intersection of McIntosh Road and Clark Road, work will take place from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. for overhead bridge construction.
The DOT advised motorists to consider taking detours or allowing extra travel time, urging them to exercise caution in the region.
This follows an overnight road closure on Bee Ridge Road at the Legacy Trail Overpass that occurred on May 1st.
