(FOX40.com) — The City of Sacramento has announced that the Front Street Brewfest will take place on Sunday, May 10th.

Authorities stated that the eagerly awaited block party, intended for those 21 years old and above, will include beer, wine, cider, live music, games, and many other attractions, with proceeds benefiting local animals in need.
This occasion offers an enjoyable means to assist animals that genuinely require another opportunity,” stated Philip Zimmerman, the manager of Animal Care Services. “Each ticket sold provides direct financial backing for critical life-saving efforts—ranging from urgent veterinary care to sustaining our fostering initiative.
The block party runs from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., offering VIP access starting at noon just outside the Front Street Animal Street Shelter.
Event organizers request that attendees keep their pets at home since the gathering will include animals from shelters on location.
As per officials, all funds will be directed toward initiatives including those of Front Street’s
free chip implant and vaccination events
and hospice adoptions.
Visitors will have the opportunity to experience live music, visit food trucks, and gain complimentary entry into the California Automobile Museum, as well as mingle with adoptable animals from the shelter.
General admission is $55, VIP and early admission is $80, and tickets for non-drinkers are $10.
