On June 5, Alexander was found guilty of wire fraud and falsely gaining entry into a secured airport zone. The legal papers mention several airlines including Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, and Delta Air Lines.

Alexander took 34 free trips by impersonating a crew member or staff on an airline, utilizing 30 distinct identification numbers and employment start dates for these bookings. Additionally, he posed as a flight attendant for three other carriers to secure even more journeys at no cost.

Alexander is set to receive his sentencing on August 25. The highest possible sentence for wire fraud is 20 years, and he faces up to an additional 10 years for falsely accessing secured airport zones.
