— The Minot Civil Service Commission convened on Wednesday afternoon to review the city’s suggested 2026 yearly compensation plan.
Two proposals were approved during the Wednesday afternoon session.
The initial motion endorsed the proposed plan, whereas the subsequent one validated the city’s employment roster for Quarter 2 of 2025.
The discussion also covered enhancing mental health awareness among Minot city employees and exploring how to better utilize the city’s benefit program for staff.
The committee’s upcoming meeting is scheduled for June 18 at 1:00 PM.
