Sylmar Unveils New Hollywood Bowl Park & Ride Convenience

The Los Angeles Philharmonic has increased the number of county Park & Ride sites available on Tuesdays, allowing individuals to leave their cars at these spots and then board a bus headed for the Hollywood Bowl.

The latest site, situated at the Sylmar Metrolink Station in northeastern San Fernando Valley, kicks off in sync with the beginning of the Bowl’s 2025 summer season.

The service is available on specific concert evenings. Passengers have the option to book their seats beforehand for $8. If you decide to purchase your spot at the lot on the same day, it will cost you $12.

“This new initiative embodies our dedication to fairness, environmental responsibility, and happiness—making music and performing arts more accessible to additional residents of Los Angeles,” stated Los Angeles County Supervisor Lyndsey Horvath, who represents the district that encompasses the Sylmar region.

The Hollywood Bowl Park & Ride offers roughly 15 spots across Los Angeles County. Additionally, complimentary shuttle services are available from sites nearer to the venue.
