When he found out about Justin Timberlake’s preferred dessert, he didn’t merely make a mental note; he decided to act on it.
To fulfill the pop star’s fondness for Heath Bars, Connaughton created his own rendition. He then headed to a nearby convenience store, bought several of the chocolate and toffee bars from the Hershey Company, and presented them alongside his homemade version as part of the singer’s dessert selection.

Biel, who characterized the chef’s gesture as “unforgettable,” attended the opening day of the Napa music and food festival on Friday, May 24, to preside over a tasting of her newly launched wine line.
Prophet & Poet
At BottleRock’s top-tier Platinum Lounge, she had a conversation with the Chronicle regarding her preferred wine area, their go-to drinks at home, and who among them tends to consume more alcohol.
For the wine brand, Biel teamed up with California winemaker Jesse Katz, who gained prominence through his Healdsburg winery called Aperture and his globally acclaimed Malbec label, Devil Proof. Katz has been friends since childhood with Biel’s brother, also named Justin. Notably, Katz created custom wedding wines for both siblings when they got married.
A number of years afterward, the wine called “Prophet & Poet,” which pays tribute to Justin and his spouse Rosita Biel—where he works as a scribe and she serves as a shaman—was described as excellent. She mentioned it possessed the potential to become truly exceptional. It was then that Katz along with the trio of Biels chose to unite their efforts in order to establish this wine label targeting discerning connoisseurs. According to Biel, they intended to create a benchmark for wines originating from Sonoma County.
Katz welcomed another renowned winemaker from Sonoma County, Chris Jackson and his spouse Ariel Jackson who own Jackson Family Wines, to help select high-quality grapes. According to Katz, his acquaintances grant him “complete creative liberty” when developing the wine. However, he also mentioned that he lets them sample various blends and wines directly from the barrels to solicit their opinions.
