Matthew Livelsberger took his own life inside the car prior to it being consumed by fire.
A postmortem examination document acquired by News 3 showed that Livelsberger had both marijuana and alcohol present in his body when he died.
The report further revealed his plan to buy drones from a former Navy SEAL based in Breckenridge, Colorado.
The journey was initially supposed to involve his spouse and offspring, however, due to a dispute, he opted to depart alone.
A few days afterward, Livelsberger reached Las Vegas in a rented Tesla and triggered the blast.
