HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WDAM) – Looking for ways to honor Dad this weekend? Downtown Hattiesburg has got you covered.
This coming Saturday features an array of strong beers, vintage automobiles, live musical performances, local artwork, and abundant activities for Father’s Day celebrations.
The Lucky Rabbit will be accessible this weekend between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Southern Prohibition is joining forces with FestivalSouth for a charitable event. A dollar from each pint purchased between 11 AM and 10 PM will go towards supporting the arts.
For fathers who have a passion for motors and classic styles, “Cruise-In With Dad” will be transforming Blu Jazz Cafe this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
“Celebrating Father’s Day weekend might often be missed, however, with fantastic events hosted by local businesses, it becomes quite challenging to ignore Dad during this time,” stated Downtown Hattiesburg Association Executive Director Emily Gallaspy.
So, whether you’re enjoying a mouthwatering steak dinner at Bourbon on Front Street along with some great cocktails, or strolling through a car show on Saturday, there are plenty of activities to share with your dad. We’re thrilled to support our local establishments and honor our fathers this upcoming weekend.
