The Morris County Parks Commission has organized a special Father’s Day Family Tour on June 15, at the Frelinghuysen Arboretum at 353 East Hanover Avenue in Morristown.
“A statement from the county parks commission said: ‘Enjoy Father’s Day with a picturesque family trip through the stunning landscapes, gardens, and paths at Frelinghuysen Arboretum,’ adding, ‘Gather in front of the Education Center.’”
The exclusive tour runs from 1 to 2 p.m. and has a fee of $15. It necessitates prior registration, with only a few places available.

Father’s Day Bash: Sip & Smoke at Rebel Sheep Wine Co.
The Morris County Tourism Commission is announcing a special “Sip & Smoke” Father’s Day Bash, collaborating with The Mobile Cigar Lounge, on June 15 from 1 to 6 p.m.
The event is taking place at The Rebel Sheep Wine Company, 15 North Road in Chester. Kids of all ages are also welcome to attend the event, with food and games expected.
Participants can enjoy food truck fare, discounted hard cider, and live musical performances.
The statement noted, “As the children play, you can relax with a glass of your preferred hard cider and lose yourself in the tunes.” It added, “A food truck will be available all day long, offering delicious bites for everybody to savor.” To enhance your visit, they recommended adding their Sip & Smoke cigar-rolling session featuring The Mobile Cigar Lounge.

Classic Train Ride: Whippany Railway Museum
Train-loving fathers won’t have to search hard for an unforgettable Father’s Day since the Whippany Railway Museum is organizing a special event on June 15.
The museum is conducting four round-trip journeys of 10 miles each, lasting 45 minutes per trip, through Morris County using its historic trains: The Jersey Coast Club Car and Lackawanna #2454.
“Dad is sure to enjoy time with his family while being whisked back to another era – a day trip that will create memories for all,” a museum statement read. “Step back through the decades as you travel the route of ‘The Whippanong Trail.’ Back at Whippany, be sure to visit the Museum building with its Gift Shop, and historic exhibits, with hundreds of artifacts on display. There’s also an operating Lionel O gauge model railroad in operation.”

Lake Hopatcong Cruises is hosting a special Father’s Day Celebration this weekend.
