Authorities at Baxter State Park have announced that two of the park’s well-loved hiking paths will be closed on Tuesday as they assist with an ongoing search operation.
The shutdown impacts the Abol and Hunt trails on Mount Katahdin, with these paths remaining closed indefinitely.
