Approximately 50 teams are currently working in Texas and Louisiana, with operations set to commence in Arkansas shortly. These groups aim to minimize disruptions as much as possible; however, they also wish to alert their clients to stay cautious when near construction areas and to be patient during this period.

“If service disruptions occur, we will notify affected customers directly through either a door hangar or an automated phone call to prepare them accordingly. However, let me reassure you that whenever our teams are operating outside, safety remains their top priority, and they aim to complete their tasks both swiftly and securely,” states Keeney.

This specific project’s schedule aims to ensure they will be more prepared to maintain electricity once the subsequent storm season begins.

“This effort will carry on from now until the end of the year, and much like what we routinely do every day, you’ll notice our teams and our contracted workers collaborating together on this initiative, on subsequent projects, with the aim of enhancing our services,” explains Keeney.
