The enigmatic structure resembling an airplane hangar close to South Point serves as a filming location for “Beast Games,” a reality TV series run by MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson.
MrBeast boasts the biggest audience on YouTube globally, with an impressive 385 million subscribers.
The documents sanctioned by Clark County for a vacant plot located at 2725 W. Pyle Avenue, which belongs to South Point owner Michael Gaughan’s company named South 80 LLC, underwent examination by the Clark County Fire Prevention Bureau. This review was necessary as per the submitted plans, which entail the provisional operation of six diesel-powered generators alongside 500-gallon fuel tanks cumulatively holding up to 7,562 gallons of fuel.
Multiple reports said the

For “Beast Games Season 2” with filming set for mid-June.
The permit specifies a move-in date of May 1, with demolition of the building scheduled for completion by June 30. The taping sessions are anticipated to be broadcasted via Amazon Prime Video.
The initial season debuted on Prime Video and achieved unprecedented success for the platform. It has received renewals for an additional two seasons so far. However, a precise premiere date for these upcoming installments hasn’t been disclosed yet.
Various firms, such as South Point and the construction company working on the site, were requested to endorse confidentiality pacts regarding the location.
The inaugural “Beast Games,” held at Allegiant Stadium in July, included 2,000 participants vying for a $5 million grand prize and was advertised as “the largest contest in game show history.”
However, in September, a collective lawsuit was initiated by five contestants who alleged that they faced hazardous circumstances within an atmosphere rife with misogyny and sexism, alongside being unpaid for their contributions.
The five unnamed contestants likewise mentioned that “scant provisions” and “not enough medical staff” posed risks to their well-being.
The lawsuit claims that the production team fostered a “hostile” workplace for females who encountered “sexual harassment” during the competition. These parts of the paperwork have been largely blackened out in order to adhere to “confidentiality clauses” agreed upon by the participants, as stated in a media statement released by their attorneys.
In another MrBeast event held in April, a misunderstanding caused disappointment among fans who were expecting an immersive experience featuring hotel stays, special merchandise, and various “onsite activations” throughout the venue.
“The MrBeast Experience,” announced in January, had a price tag of around $1,000 per participant and was set from April 13th through April 15th. This event promised attendees a three-night accommodation at Resorts World Las Vegas, along with an exclusive MrBeast-themed gift bag containing special merchandise. Additionally, one fortunate attendee would receive a $10,000 gift card.
Resorts World eventually provided refunds to those who purchased the packages.
