Explore the Charm of Newtown’s Spring Gardens on a Captivating Walking Tour

NEWTOWN, PA – The Newtown Historic Association is organizing a Spring Garden Walk where both residents and visitors can enjoy the charm of Newtown’s gardens.

The walk begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 7. Attendees should gather in the back garden of the NHA headquarters – the Half-moon Inn located at 105 Court Street, Newtown. Check-in opens at 8 a.m.

The stroll will begin at 9 a.m., meandering through the streets of Newtown Borough and extending into portions of the township. Various garden spots dot this route, with numerous lovely gardens available for you to admire from outside as well. This outing should take approximately two to three hours to complete.

Tickets cost $20 each for members and $25 each for non-members, and they can be bought either at the Half-Moon Inn on the day of the walk or

The proceeds will go towards upkeep and enhancements of the Boone Garden, an asset managed by the NHA situated on Court Street opposite the Half-moon Inn. This location will also be included in the Garden Walk once more.
