The Executor’s Remembrance Quest
Nightreign
offers a fresh perspective on the world of
Elden Ring.
The gameplay mechanics of this title significantly differ from those of the initial release, likely contributing to its varied response among audiences. Nonetheless, it remains an engaging adventure that holds players’ interest for extended periods, particularly appealing to enthusiasts who value collaboration.
Rather than giving players complete autonomy over how their characters develop,
Nightreign
comes with a bunch of pre-built Nightfarers, each of whom has unique abilities. Each hero also features a Remembrance questline, which includes a number of personal objectives that allow the hero to reach their full potential and resolve their past. One of these Nightfarers is the Executor. For players who want to complete his Remembrance questline, here’s everything you need to know.
Unlock The Journal
To start the Remembrance questline, you first need to open the journal, which is located at an interactive location within the Roundtable Hold.
Finishing an Expedition, whether successful or not, will grant access to the Journal.
The game will describe it as a place where you can utilize memory fragments to journey back in time and experience the character’s recollections.
Every character features their own remembrance storyline, completing which will grant players rewards.

Ways to Gather Memory Fragments
After unlocking the journal, head over to Roundtable Hold and engage with it there. The number of pages accessible depends on your playtime. If you wish to add more pages to this journal, gather memory fragments by undertaking various expeditions.
Successfully finishing the expedition and overcoming the Nightlord will consistently award you with memory fragments.
And progress through the storyline (excluding the Duchess), unveiling fresh recollections to experience anew.
Occasionally, even an unsuccessful expedition can broaden one’s journals.
While this will occur during the early stages of the quest line, subsequent missions will ultimately necessitate defeating Nightlords and advancing through the game’s main storyline.
Beginning Remembrance
As you start recollection, you journey through past events, yet the participant has the freedom to exit this recollection at any moment and revert to the current timeline. Nonetheless, significant discrepancies between these timelines are unlikely. Returning to the present is inevitable should you perish or abort an exploration during your recollection. Simply revisit the ledger to restart your recollection process.
Once you initiate a remembrance, you will respawn at the Roundtable Hold.
To find out about the upcoming objective, look at the journal.
The initial step involves having a conversation.

The Executor’s Remembrance Quest
Chapter 2 Remembrance
For the Executor, the initial memory you can revisit unlocks after completing Chapter 2 in the journal. Your inaugural assignment involves embarking on an expedition with the aim of gathering a specific kind of flower. It doesn’t matter which expedition you select; so long as you obtain the required blooms, your mission will advance irrespective of whether you complete the journey triumphantly or encounter failure along the way.
Once you join the expedition, there will be
a fresh orange symbol appears on the map
, signifying the position of the personal objective, which, in this instance, is the
Blessed Flowers
It won’t be as simple as just grabbing the flowers since the player needs to conquer the boss protecting them initially. Ensure this task is prioritized before the night ring begins to move.
Remember that when you approach the flower, the boss will appear as an invader. You’ll have to confront one
Stray Bloodhound Knight
, and it will be a challenging battle, not just due to the boss’s weapon, but also because the combat area is confined, enclosed by steep cliffs and boulders.
As indicated by the title, this boss employs a Bleed weapon which accumulates blood loss whenever they make contact with the player. Fortunately, their combo sequences aren’t particularly swift; however, they wield two bleeding instruments. Occasionally, even when you believe you have enough time to counterattack after Stray swings her sword, the boss might utilize his off-hand for an additional blow instead. It’s crucial to carefully gauge your actions and exercise restraint during assaults.
The flowers can only be obtained once you defeat the boss. Additionally, it’s important to mention that
The boss won’t drop any loot.
. You will only
gain Runes
For securing this victory, once you obtain the flowers, nothing else from the expedition holds significance. Upon your return to the Roundtable Hold, seek out the Priestess and she will instruct you to present the flowers to Iron Menial.
Make your way to the chamber containing the merchant jar, and you’ll come across a door. Exit through it, and you’ll discover
A painting stands beside Iron Menial.
Give the flowers to Iron Menial, then engage with the painting. Afterward, a spell will show up beside Iron Menial. Tap it to finish the quest. This action will return you to the present, earning you two rewards.

and

Chapter 6 Remembrance
Finishing the prior quest will reveal all journal entries up to Chapter 5, yet access to the subsequent recollection won’t open until Chapter 6. Thus, you’ll require
Replay expeditions to obtain memory fragments.
Defeating a Nightlord ensures you receive a memory fragment drop. Once you initiate the remembrance, speak with the Priestess once more to discover your subsequent mission. Your new assignment involves gathering materials.
Golden Sprout
This time, following a procedure very much akin to that of the preceding mission.
Begin your adventure and make your way to the designated location. The mission at this spot will challenge you to confront an opponent or obstacle.
Erdtree Avatar
This confrontation will be less challenging compared to facing the Stray Bloodhound Knight, largely due to the Erdtree Avatar’s sluggish movements; however, always maintain your distance from him. Once the boss is defeated, gather the Golden Sprout and proceed with your journey until you return to the Roundtable Hold. Prior to handing over the Golden Sprout to the Priestess, make sure to stop at the Relic Rite and prepare yourself appropriately for the upcoming battle.
Conversing with the Priestess will transport you back in time for one last battle.
