)—A sushi restaurant in Pace was engulfed in flames overnight, as reported by officials from the Santa Rosa County.
Authorities stated that the emergency call was received at approximately 1:10 a.m., with the informant stating that the Fuji Sushi restaurant was engulfed in fire.
The initial units reached the location approximately at 1:15 a.m., with the blaze being extinguished by 2:40 a.m. on Tuesday.
Several firefighting units were dispatched to the location, involving teams from Pace, Milton, Avalon, Skyline, Bagdad, East Milton, Whiting Field, and Escambia County.
The Lifeguard Ambulances along with the Santa Rosa County CERT team joined the response effort, offering bottled water to the firefighting personnel.
