Many competitors are vying for awards in multiple throwing categories at the O-Town Throwdown being held in Winter Park over the weekend.
The contest includes categories like hatchets, knives, and large axes, with over $16,000 in prize money available. Participants at the gathering showed excitement and eagerness to enjoy themselves.

It’s an incredibly varied bunch of individuals. Our team includes people from every age group and various walks of life, yet everyone genuinely supports one another,” stated Amateur Axe Thrower Morgan Duckner. “While you may go up against another person during a contest, fundamentally, you’re pitting yourself against your own limits and gradually enhancing your performance over time.
The tournament taking place this weekend is among the four national events scheduled by both the World Axe Throwing League and the World Knife Throwing League.
