On Friday, PennDOT announced that Broadway between Parkway and Hausman roads in South Whitehall Township has been reopened.
The Broadway theaters have remained shut down since March 31.

In Tilghman, lane restrictions will be in place from 40th Street to Hausman Road throughout the course of the project. These restrictions will occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., as well as from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., on weekdays. On weekends, they can happen at any time, according to PennDOT.
Drivers should expect shifting traffic conditions and allocate additional time when passing through this region.
According to PennDOT, upcoming closures of Broadway and lane restrictions on Route 309 might occur. These changes will be communicated ahead of time.
The $86.5 million project
will expand and revamp the interchange, providing additional room for motorists to merge, as stated by PennDOT. The project is anticipated to finish by March 2030.
