, three individuals were onboard the plane that touched down at approximately 1 PM.

“Facing what appeared to be engine problems, the pilot adeptly navigated the aircraft to steer clear of dangers and successfully landed on the golf course,” according to TNLA.
The TNLA stated that both the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are looking into the incident.

The venue will play host to the Olympics in 2028 and previously held a U.S. Open event in 1948 as well as two PGA Championship tournaments in 1983 and 1995 respectively.

The golf game at the venue, which yearly holds the Genesis Invitational chaired by Tiger Woods, was “briefly interrupted.”
The 2025 version of the competition took place at Torrey Pines since Riviera Country Club had been harmed by wildfires earlier that year.

The Riviera opened in 1926, and it will be hosting the
