PORTLAND (WGME) — Sixteen years ago, Cuban-American artist Carlos Gámez de Francisco arrived in the U.S. with just $650 to his name, nearly all of which was used for purchasing art materials.
A few months afterward, he sold out his inaugural performance and has been chasing his dreams ever since.
